Violinist Amir Norouz Nasseri performs Kunsu Shim's Expanding Space in Limited Time. 
 
AMIR NOROUZ NASSERI
Amir Norouz Nasseri is a composer and violinist who has collaborated with orchestras like the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra and the Parsian Chamber Orchestra, as well as ensembles such as Balance Campaign, Tehran Baroque Music Atelier, and red fish blue fish. They have performed in venues including the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center, the National Gallery of Art, Rhizome DC, 2640 Space, Conrad Prebys Music Center, Zebulon, and Aix Cathedral. Amir is a two-time awardee at the Nahal Short Film Festival for their film compositions and the first-prize winner at the National Festival of Youth Music in Tehran. Recently, they served as a fellow at the Roshan Institute of Persian Studies, focusing on Khorasani Maqam music. Currently, they are pursuing a DMA at the University of California, San Diego.
